What can I do if I didn't receive points after completion?
- Make sure you really completed all the offer's requirements.
- Dont panic. Sometimes it takes time, could just be delayed.
- In case time passes and you don't receive your points, you need to contact the survey partner. You will need a screenshot to proof that you completed the offer. You can upload the screenshot to imgur.com or a similiar hoster. If you have received an email containing the offer activation, also paste it into the message field of the support ticket.
How do I contact a survey partner?
Clicked means that you only clicked but didn't complete the survey. There won't be rewarded any points for this status. The survey must be marked as Completed to credit points.
